No return policy,

• Returns will be accepted only if there is any damage in the bottles/cover parcel or wrong product delivered.
• A video while opening the parcel is required either your claim will not be accepted.
• Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Mahi Collection item tags and any sample pieces included.
• Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Mahi Collection reasonably believe have been used, will not be accepted and refund will not be processed and shipping will be charged for return back to customer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, make video and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Offer items are not returnable.

Cancellation

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, then either you can contact the IttarStore through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hour from the time of order being placed or you can do it by yourself

Please note, Once an order is placed, we are unable to combine multiple orders, modify items, update billing or shipping details, or add additional pieces.

Your order will be processed, and if accepted, you will receive a confirmation email once it has been shipped.
